Restaurant & bar
Our region is known for high quality fish and lamb.
The water temperature is perfect for the cod, which every year comes in large quantities to our region to spawn. This cod is called skrei, and it forms the basis for millions of cod meals of various varieties.
Nordlaks’ farmed salmon, which belongs to Hadsel Municipality, was named “best in test” by TV2’s Food Control. Water quality and water temperature are one of the reasons for this.
The lambs in Vesterålen eat grass that is regularly sprayed with salt water. This results in high quality meat, and a taste that can withstand comparison with most things.
In our restaurant you get mainly short-distance food. We are interested in food that reflects our region.
We hope traditional food with an exciting and modern twist will ensure that your visit to our restaurant will be memorable.
